Hybrid work mode: 2 office days a week – center of Lisbon

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing complex projects with multiple deliveries across various platforms, often dealing with limited documentation (e.g., user stories lacking detail or acceptance criteria)
• Handling frequent replanning and adjusting testing approaches to accommodate delivery delays, evolving requirements, and a high volume of change requests during the test phase
• Setting up and maintaining dashboards in JIRA for tracking and reporting
• Conducting analysis using JIRA, Zephyr, and Excel to drive insights and improve processes

• Creating and managing detailed reports in Power BI to support project transparency and decision-making

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in testing
• 1-10 years of experience in people management
• Proven experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Proficiency in Zephyr, JIRA, PowerBI, Excel 
• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
• Fluent English
